Immunohistochemistry analysis of SEL1L in paraffin-embedded zebrafish tissue. Samples were heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 8.0-8.4, 20 minutes) and blocked in 5% BSA (30 min, room temperature), incubated with SEL1L polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-109312) at a dilution of 1:100 (30 min, room temperature), and followed by HRP conjugate, DAB and hematoxylin (mounted with DPX).
